Polaris Rehabilitation, LLC is a PT owned specialized private practice providing physical therapy, pedorthics and limited orthotics services. It is our goal to return clients to their previous activity level with less or no pain, be comfortable moving without fear of re-injury, and manage their pain by understanding their body well and knowing how to move. We accomplish this by applying the principles of mobility, alignment, stability, and balance employed in the practice of physical therapy, pedorthics, and orthotics.

Insurance

We accept traditional medicare insurance, Aetna, BCBS, and UHC. Private pay patients are welcome. Please note that our maintenance exercise programs are private pay only.
